Faviola Soria brings over 10 years of hands-on property management experience across Southern California, having overseen residential portfolios ranging from 32 to 389 units in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and surrounding communities. Her background spans the full scope of residential operations — tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, Section 8 compliance, and property inspections — with a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy and creating communities where residents are proud to call home.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Faviola brings a personal, community-focused approach to every property she manages. She believes great property management starts with genuine relationships — with residents, owners, and vendors alike. Her hands-on experience managing both on-site and remote portfolios means owners enjoy peace of mind knowing their investment is in capable, reliable hands.
As Director of Operations, Faviola leads all day-to-day management functions for Gateway, bringing institutional-quality systems and a personal touch to every property in our portfolio.
